About us

Our services

We support academics, students and learners through the provision of our five complementary services: digital accessibility, digital education, digital environments, digital media and digital training & skills. These services align with the Digital pillar of the University Strategy and contribute to achieving institutional Digital KPIs. The services support staff in creating and delivering online, blended and in-person teaching; they also support students through dedicated digital skills training. We have a strong culture of partnership working with staff, students, and other professional services colleagues. 

Our people

We’re a team of 15 TEL specialists, including senior learning technologists, digital education developers and digital media producers, as well as specialists in digital accessibility, IT training, and course co‑ordination. We’ve all arrived here by different routes, giving the team a rich mix of experience, perspectives and skills. That breadth, depth and length of experience, alongside our energy, creativity and current specialisms, mean we’re well placed to work with colleagues across the University on developing people, platforms and skills – and enhancing learning and teaching.
